By accessing or using Reqfolio ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Reqfolio is a software-as-a-service platform designed for professional service providers, such as accountants, to securely collect documents from their clients through authenticated upload links.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to use the Service only for legal, authorized purposes. You remain entirely responsible for the content of the files uploaded by your clients.

4. Service Limitations and Availability

While we strive for high uptime, the Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service with or without notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Reqfolio, nor its directors, employees, partners, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to, use of, or inability to use the Service.

6. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account or access to Reqfolio if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, engage in unlawful or fraudulent activity, threaten the security or integrity of the Service or its users, fail to pay applicable fees when due, or if suspension or termination is required by law.

Where reasonably practicable, we may provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue before taking action. We may suspend or restrict access immediately when reasonably necessary to protect users, data, or the security of the Service, prevent fraud, or comply with law.

Upon suspension or termination, we may disable your account and your right to access or use some or all of the Service. Account data and uploaded files may be restricted, retained, or deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy, our Refund & Cancellation Policy, our backup practices, and applicable law.

You may stop using the Service at any time. You may cancel a subscription through your account settings and may request account closure by contacting hantzclaybrookml8081@gmail.com.
